Dear Bernadette,
May you, Charlie, and your precious family have a Blessed, Holy Christmas. My family
thinks of you often.
My sister and I were there in Maine in August. I had breast cancer in 2003 and
because my breast MRI did not come out right, I had to have more breast tissue off on
September 6th. The doctor had done biopsies which came out OK but as a precaution
felt that talking more tissue would ve the right thing to do. You told me there
would be no more cancer and your were right. PRAISE GOD!
The problem now is that my breast has been constantly draining since the surgery and it is
painful. The doctor has drained it approximately 11 - 12 times and I went today for
a radiologist to drain some more. Apparently, because of past radiation, I am not
healing and this is why it constantly drains. It has been a painful time. I
know that I need to trust in the Lord always and lean not on my own understanding.
Please pray for me to heal.
